I purchased a custom sofabed and a bedframe here at Briers. There were a huge selection of fabric to choose from. When building this new sofa, I wanted it to be functional, space-saving, and hopefully "cat-friendly". In stores, Nicole was incredibly pleasant to communicate with, and was very supportive in my decision for a suitable tight-weave fabric and the complimentary colour for my throw pillows. The sofabed feet were also lowered a bit so my cats would not be able to squeeze their bodies under and scratch up the undersides. It took a couple months for the custom sofabed to be built, but that timeframe was expected. Cherie also reached out a week prior to the completion, and worked out some minor details- thank you for that. I am very happy with the overall experience, am glad I supported a local business, and I have a custom product built in Vancouver!- A triple win there! My cats and I recommend this business.

This was an amazing gem we stumbled on while on vacation! Cherie was awesome in explaining all of our options! The details involved in getting to the ordering stage were so appreciated! We ordered it out of province and were so impressed with timely arrival of our beautiful sectional! Would order again and am busy telling friends about them!

We are thrilled and thoroughly satisfied with the couch we purchased through Briers! Brendan was a fantastic salesperson to work with, making the experience entertaining with a genuine personal touch. The couch itself is top quality and feels like it’s going to last as long as we could want it to. Cushions are thick and supportive but soft and inviting. We’d buy through Briers again, no hesitation.

We bought our sectional from Briers and couldn't be happier with our purchase. Cherie was an absolute gem to work with, providing us with thoughtful suggestions that would best suit the look and vibe we were after, and offering helpful interior decorating advice as we figured out how to furnish our place. Shipping took a few weeks longer than we were quoted which wasn't ideal, but with the pandemic and general furniture shortages, I can't blame that on Briers. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back!

We had a pleasant experience choosing and receiving our Enya sectional over two visits with David and Cherie. Additionally, when we found that the cushions were too soft, David took the time to have custom foam inserts created to provide both better support and a better overall look! This is the sort of excellent service you can expect from Briers, they stand behind their products! Our sectional fits our space perfectly, and we could not be happier!
